UPDATE - January 2008

Having now reached the minimum number of attendees, tour is now definitely going ahead! However, a few extra players could make all the difference, especially as we are taking part in a tournament on the Saturday!

Flights are going to booked on Sunday, 20th January 2008, so your absolute last chance to sign up for tour is Saturday, 19th January 2008. To secure your place, your deposit will be needed on or before this date - after that point, you are welcome to make your own travel arrangements to come along but will not be covered by the club's travel or playing insurance (which has to be extended to cover overseas tours).

"Flights from Stansted to Brno are now available to book with Ryanair. The cost is around £77 including taxes for a flight out on Friday afternoon, returning Monday evening.

If anyone wanted to return on the Sunday the price would be approximately £92 for flights.

The club require a deposit of £150 for tour before 31 December 2007 to cover flights and other initial costs. Any later and the cost of those flights is very likely to increase!

Full cost including flights, transfers, accommodation, tour memorabilia and insurance is £250.00,
payable in full by 31 March 2008.

It is in your interests to pay early. We currently have deposits from 8 people. If we cannot achieve minimum numbers of 20 deposits before 31 December we will have to re-consider touring this year, again!

Don't let yourselves and the club down. Support your tour or there'll be no more.

How?	Flying from Stansted Airport, cost includes coach travel to various locations in the Brno area
Why?	Classical Eastern European city. Architecturally stunning with staggeringly cheap beer. “The new Prague” according to Guardian Travel.
Cost?	Full cost of £250, £150 of which is required by 31 December 2007 to ensure that you do not have to pay more for air travel. If you have not paid by that time you will be responsible for your own travel arrangements. Balance of £100 to be paid by 31st March 2008.
